«Meet the Team»: Marc Geissmann

A warm welcome to Marc Geissmann 🍻 On 1 December 2023 he took over the management of our new TopX unit at NZZone. Prior to that he worked for Amag for almost seven years where he was most recently General Manager responsible for the e-mobility start-up Volton. In addition to his start-up mentality, Marc also has expertise in sustainable development. He will work alongside his team to drive forward our Sustainable Switzerland initiative and develop and expand the business area with additional related offerings and agency services beyond the traditional advertising opportunities. I belong to the select circle of Romansh speakers.

What do you like doing most of all?

Skiing – preferably early in the morning on the freshly groomed piste.

What is your favourite NZZ product?

The «NZZ am Sonntag»

What did you want to be when you were a child?

I wanted to become a helicopter pilot. I even printed business cards for this in readiness for my future career.

What are the new challenges that you are looking forward to in your job?

I’m new to the media industry. I’m therefore looking forward to getting to know a lot of new things and a new environment with lots of exciting personalities.
